Terms of Service

Effective: June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using HyperLeezus ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 21 years of age or older to use the Service.

2. Entertainment & Information Only

HyperLeezus provides sports analytics, statistical models, and probability estimates for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

Financial, investment, or gambling advice
A guarantee of any outcome or profit
An endorsement of any sportsbook or gambling operator

All picks, predictions, and model outputs represent statistical analysis only. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any wagering decisions you make.

3. Responsible Gambling

Sports betting involves significant financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro and Sharp subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) resell or redistribute model outputs commercially; (b) scrape or bulk-download data; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the model; (d) access the Service from a jurisdiction where sports analytics services are prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All model code, prediction outputs, and site content are owned by HyperLeezus. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use during your active subscription.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERLEEZUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, INCLUDING GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
