1. What We Collect
- Account data: Name, email address, hashed password, subscription plan.
- Usage data: Picks you choose to track (stored in your account only).
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, page views (standard server logs).
2. How We Use It
- Provide and improve the Service
- Send transactional emails (password reset, subscription receipts)
- Send weekly newsletters (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Render.com — hosting infrastructure
- Supabase — database infrastructure
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@hyperleez.us. We will delete your data within 30 days.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store payment card data.
6. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@hyperleez.us.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
